Journaling and how it can benefit you as a creator?
Journaling is a powerful way to reflect on your life, explore and know yourself better.

You can write about one thing in particular or many things at random.
You can write about your daily activities, thoughts, feelings, motivations, struggles, dreams and desires, relationship goals, career, things you love, and the list goes on.
Journaling in a way is like documenting your journey throughout your life. You can always look back and read what you have written to
see how far you have come,
what have you done so far,
what you still need to do,
how you were then and who you have become as a person,
and many other things.
I've had an on-off relationship with journaling. I started writing somewhere around 2018. Ever since then I've been doing it for a while.
I'd write continuously for days and months, and suddenly stop writing for whatsoever reason. And then, I'd pick up the habit, continue writing for a while and stop it again.
Now, this happened many times. It still does.
Irrespective of my habit, journaling helped me start with the writing habit. I write and reflect on my thoughts often. I document my day-to-day activities. I write about how I am feeling in the moment to deal with my emotions and things that bother me.
I dump everything and anything that's on my mind into the paper. I make it as weird and crazy as I am. I write as messy and raw as my thoughts are. I write as I speak.
If you are a content creator, journaling can help you a lot with ideating/brainstorming content ideas. Anything that you write in your journal can be turned into a blog post, tweet, Twitter Thread, YouTube Video, Podcast, or even visual images for Instagram.
Most of the blogs I've written so far were documented in the journal first. Some of the tweets I posted were taken out from my journals.
That being said, If you are struggling with expressing your emotions or thoughts and ideas, start by writing them down.
There's no right or wrong way of journaling. There's only your way of doing it.
PS- do not stress yourself out to write every day.
